What happens if I refuse delivered flowers?
If someone sends me flowers through a florist delivery and I don’t want them. What happens if I send them back to the florist or refuse to accept them? Will the florist still bill the purchaser? Will they let the purchaser know the flowers were not accepted?

Yeah he still has to pay for them. The florist can’t sell them now. Plus it cost him gas to get to you. I’m not sure, but I think he would tell the guy too.

whoever sent them is just out the money

The person who bought them will still pay for the delivery, and the florist may inform him or her………………..not sure; you would need to ask the delivery person

Whoever it is will still have to pay for everthing even though u did not accept the flowers! and will let him know that you did not accept it

it depends upon the florist and flower delivery company. generally flower firm charge for the flower. Professionally it is right too.
Morally it is not right. some companies to make customer base can sometimes not charge. but they will surely inform about the ignorance
